Return Window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Condition: Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made a mistake with your order.

Final Sale Items: Please note that sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
